Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment.

When 'confirmation of order' is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you within 3 business days, subject to availability. At present we only deliver to addresses in the UK.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges South Wales Marine are VAT Registered. VAT is charged at a rate of 15.0% on all goods and services provided.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, your credit card details are not stored with South Wales Marine. Payment is processed by Pay Pal on their secure site. Returns Policy If in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 7 days of the date you received the order, unused and in original condition and packaging, for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchange (re-shipping charges apply). South Wales Marine will not refund products which have been damaged or lost in the post. Your statutory rights are not affected.

NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery). We cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked.

Refunds will only be made to the original payment card on receipt of a copy of the original sales receipt.
