The Welsh Boat Show - at The United Counties Show Ground, Carmarthen
Open at 10.00 AM, Admission £6.00 per day, accompanied children FREE.

Saturday 24th - Monday 26th May 2008
Mumbles Navy Days - will be held The Mumbles at various places along the sea front.
Plenty of all the family to see and do. Stroll along the prom from one venue to the other, visiting the stalls and displays. Also, watch various demonstrations on the water by RNLI, Newfoundland Dogs, Rowers and Jet Skis, making this a great show for everyone.
South Wales Marine will be in attendance at the Main Marquee. Come and try our 6 Knot Challenge, or learn more about Rope Work including Knot Tying and Splicing.

JUNE 2008 Friday 13th - Sunday 15th June 2008
The South Wales Boat Show - will be held at Margam Park for a third year.
Plenty of boats & marine stalls to see, as well as other attractions for those less nautically minded, making this a great show for everyone.
Open 10 AM until 6 PM each day Adults £6.00, Children £3.00 Family £15.00 (2 Adults & upto 4 Children). Weekend Tickets for all 3 days available. Parking FREE. Online tickets available shortly.

JULY 2008 Friday 25th - Sunday 28th July 2008
The North Wales Boat Show - will be held at the Veynol Estate just outside Bangor, off the A55. The show will be held over three days and will open on the 25th of July.

AUGUST 2008 Saturday 9th - Tuesday 12th August 2008
The Global Challenge F16 World Championships - will be held in Swansea Bay and hosted by Mumbles Yacht Club.
These fast catamarans are programmed to be racing each day at about midday.
Come and support local F16 sailor Mark Pressdee in the World Championships!

The Tornado Nationals - will be held in Swansea Bay and hosted by Mumbles Yacht Club.

New Bell Rope Presentation - December 2007 South Wales Marine have donated a new Bell Rope to Swansea Yacht & Sub Aqua Club to hang from the STROMBUS Ship's Bell at the club. The presentation took place on Friday 21st December 2007, in time to ring in the New Year. |

The South Wales Boat Show was held at Margam Park on Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th June 2006. This event was attended by 12,000 visitors over the 2 days. 100 exhibitors with various boats, static displays and stalls, as well as demonstrations on the lake and a fun fair for the kids made this first show a great success. Next year, the show will run for an extra day, from Friday 15th - Sunday 17th June 2007.
